Other items than t-shirts, we use e-packet mail with tracking number for orders from US, Canada, Australia, and United Kingdom.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM? Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE? For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders take about 3 - 5 days to process and our average shipping time for items in stock is between 7 - 15 days in most parts of the USA. There can be delays from the Postal company and also your location might affect shipping times. We strive to get all orders ready and to the shipping company within 3-5 business days.
Because we ship some of our products directly from our partners in other countries, due to incredibly high demand for our jewelry please allow 2-3 weeks for US delivery and please allow 3-5 weeks for International delivery.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
In most cases, Yes.Tracking numbers from our partners can take 5 - 10 day's to show a result. If for any reason we cannot provide you with a tracking number we will let you know.

We process orders the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at info@packworldbra.store ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped we cannot make changes to the order. In that case, you can send the wrong item to our corporate offices and once received we can send out a corrected item.
